This stunning MAIORA 27m is in excellent condition due to having a permanent and very professional crew onboard. She was refitted in 2017 when her second and current owner purchased her. She has been used for extended cruising for several months at a time and has visited most of the MED, but particularly thoroughly Sardegna and Corsica and surrounding areas.
She is questionably one of the most well- equipped yachts of her type. She is equipped and built like a Superyacht, she has night vision (FLIR) to add to a long list of top end extras. Her touch screen control system (Elettronavi) reliably allows simple and complete surveillance of all systems on board at all times. An extra computer screen has been added (custom) at the helm to facilitate work.
THE DETAILS
GULU features 4 very spacious en suite double cabins layout. The owners cabin and VIP have queen size doubles while the 2 guest cabins have 2 beds each with an extra Pullman in each so allowing a total of 10 sleeping guests. She has a spacious and well equipped galley, with again only high end appliances such as Miele and Gaggenau and is more than adequate to service a full yacht for long periods of time.
Powered by 2 x 2650hp MTU engines, she cruises comfortably and fuel efficiently at 22-25 knots. He can reach a top speed of 32kn. She is also fitted with 2 x 25kW KOHLER generators which provides ample power for all systems on board including the CMC zero-speed fin stabilizers that ensure a very stable ride underway and naturally eliminate almost all roll at at anchor. With her extensive high-end FURUNO navigation equipment, she lacks nothing.
