ABOUT US
DP Yachting was founded by Pablo Hayes, who proudly began his career as a yacht broker, with his first job with the original Dahm international in Palma, Mallorca, 20 years ago. At the time, Dahm was predominantly a large sailing yacht brokerage house with the representation of internationally renowned luxury yachts producers, Swan, Wally and Jongert.
3 years later he moved to Puerto Portals where he found a passion for motor yachts and played a vital role in the development of the then up and coming British yacht builder, Pearl yachts. For 17 years Pablo helped them grow, increase market share and move up from building 50 footers right up to the current flagship of 95 feet. During this time Pablo also became a shareholder and sales director of Baxter Marine.
With his extensive industry experience and knowledge, Pablo then embarked on the launch of his own company, DP Yachting International. With long standing client relationships and globally recognised parters, Pablo continues to look after his loyal clients and provide a seamless, transparent, easy and enjoyable process for the purchase or sale of their yachts.

OUR STAFF
Pablo Hayes
Founder of DP Yachting International, Pablo was Born in Spain and then raised and educated in the UK. As well as the basics of German and Italian, Pablo also speaks fluent french and has found being trilingual very useful in such an international field of business.
He earned an MA (hons) in international business and languages from the University in Edinburgh.
Pablo is a true lover of the sea and yachting, with a passion for both motor and sail yachts. By being able to assist clients with a common passion, he has found his true vocation in life.
Fabian F. W. Hauschild-Rogat
Born in Hamburg, Fabian combines a diverse range of social, communicative and leadership skills, with legal expertise and sales experience.
He has a Bachelor in English Law and a Masters degree with distinction in International Law, as well as vast experience in sales and education as key account manager and elementary school teacher.
He speaks fluent English and basic Spanish and French. Fabian was raised in a true nautical-environment by famous ship owning and building family, the Kulenkampff’s. His grandfather was also CEO of Norddeutscher Lloyd, so joining the team at DP Yachting International was a natural decision.
Vivien Hayes
With a truly international background Vivien speaks Spanish and English and has a high level of French.
Her career has been focused on customer service having worked in the event industry as well as the hotel industry.
She has a love for the sea and is a keen sailor.
